Academy SWORD (Beginner) Sessions:
The SWORD level is the first level in the Knights Academy. It signifies the tools necessary for each player to begin their volleyball career. It encompasses volleyball skills training & technique correction, with conditioning and plyo- metrics, to ensure each athlete has adequately began their core development as a volleyball player.
In the 1 hour session each player will get adequate training by one of our qualified KVA coaches in one of the four major areas of volleyball: serving, setting, hitting, or defense. Each session will be centered around 1 aspect of the game (see times and skills below). This allows for maximum retention and maximum repetitions for each skill. We utilize each hour to the fullest by allowing each player to work through basic to advanced techniques in that particular movement. (age/level appropriate) In our summer program each player will have the ability to utilize 22 hours completely dedicated to correcting & enhancing each of the four main volleyball skills. (See chart below.)
SWORD PACKAGE INCLUDES: Fee $45 per player per 3 hour session

- ($2000 value) Access to ALL KVA Academy Indoor Sessions for the entire Summer. Afternoon and evening sessions. Card good June 5th - August 23rd.
- $395 Monthly Unlimited Pass
- ($660 value) Access to ALL KVA Academy Indoor sessions each month. Afternoon and evening sessions. Card expires at the end of each month and a new card will be required for future sessions.
